Use
You must provide us with accurate information as requested on the website when setting up an account. You must not misuse this website. You will not act obscene or otherwise offensive. You will not try to hack into this service, corrupt data, or attempt to spam. You are responsible for making a secure password, and we are not responsible for any information or other data obtained from lack of a strong password. We retain the right to ban you from using our service at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, including its conflicts of law rules and the United States of America.
Right to Terminate Accounts
We hold the right, without notice, to suspend or terminate your account to take part in the services offered by this website if found to be in violation of these terms.
Warranty
Products on this site are under under a 1 year limited warranty that includes normal and routine use of aforementioned products.
Limitations of Liability
Except to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be responsible nor liable for any loss, Damage, or injury to you or your property (ie dropping a statue on your foot or something breakable). Nor be responsible for any damages under any legal theory.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that our graphics, logos, name, and designs are our intellectual property, and you will not steal or otherwise misuse our intellectual property without prior approval.
Payment Methods
All credit card payments will be secured by SSL that encrypts your data for secure online transactions. We are currently using the following providers for payment processing:

Upon completion of payment, regardless which method is used, you will receive a conformation email.
Cancellation Clause
We retain the right to cancel any part of an order without liability to you at any time if
- The requested product is no longer available.
- There is an error in product price or description.
- The order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.
You may cancel your order at any time before the product shipping label has been made. When this occurs, you will receive an email within one hour. If you still wish to cancel past this point, there may be certain shipping and re-stocking fees associated.
Returns

Shipping and Delivery
As of right now, we are currently only shipping to the USA. Shipping takes place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed will ship on the next available shipping day. These shipping terms are subject to change due to an increase in volume. We work as quickly as possible to process and ship orders, if you are having any issues or see that your order is stuck in processing for multiple days, please reach out to us. Unless opting for priority shipping, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of our standard first-class packages. All orders are shipped via USPS.
